Ordered this item twice it is an absolute cheap piece of garbage. The towel bar came bent, and the wood frame that’s behind the towel Bar was damaged on all four corners both times it was cracked missing paint on all of the corners. The wood is about as thick and weak as balsa wood. The box that it was packaged in had parts of the metal towel bar and wood corners sticking through holes of the box inside of another box so it was put in the outer box with holes and damaged corners. I can’t express how cheaply made and what a piece of absolute garbage this thing is it isn’t worth $10. Even the screws that it comes with are junk hardware and the holes that they drilled in the frame to affix it to the wall are misaligned and not completely drilled through. Don’t make a mistake and buy this.

Product arrived damaged.The box is fine, and it was wrapped in bubble wrap so I assume it was packaged in this condition.Will touch it up myself and install it.

Very cool. Totally worth the price. Use the tools it comes with and nothing is moving from this. Your kid can hang from it. Looks beautiful for a new bathroom remodel

Lovely for farmhouse decor. First one was damaged and they shipped me a new one immediately.
